About John Rowland

I never understood how someone creative could just shoot one type of work be it studio, portraits, or location. As a creative I grow best shooting different things. I done news, studio, sports but I think it comes down to a vision thing. If the image clicks it clicks.

I’m a Dallas-Fort Worth area photographer well known for my photojournalism including my documentation of Hurricane Katrina. My work has been published in USA Today, People, Sports Illustrated, The Sporting News and many more.

I love my work. I love adventure and I love solving problems.
